Shipping policy

At Cozy Bear, we offer free shipping pan India on all prepaid orders above ₹999 with a ₹49-59 fee on COD and Partial COD orders. For orders worth ₹999 or below: Shipping charges are ₹49.

Tufted Rugs & Handcrafted products take upto 21 working business days to ship. It takes 2-5 days for orders to get delivered. For products that are readily available, we ship within 48 hours.

Please note, orders placed on national holidays or Sundays will be fulfilled on the next business day. Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays. 

Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will be sharing the tracking details over WhatsApp and email. 

However, due to unforeseen circumstances, it may take a longer time than what it takes usually. We are not liable for any delays in the delivery by the Courier/ Speed Post or on account of any factors that cannot be controlled by Cozy Bear.

Once you place the order, you will be notified with the placement of order. Day, date and time of dispatching the order and the delivery of the order. We suggest you check your WhatsApp & email inbox from time to time.

Once the order is in process, cancellation or address changes will not be possible. 

We always make sure that we deliver all the products in good condition and as fast as possible.

Please Note:

Working days (Mon-Fri 10-8pm) (Excluding National holidays)
Replacement to be informed within 2 working days from ordering, anything after that won't be entertained as per company policies.
If order shows delivered but not received by the customer, please inform us within 24 hours.
For international orders - All the taxes and duties of their respective country will be borne by the customer.
Cozy Bear shall not be responsible for orders accepted by any person other than the customer.
